Are leather pants ACTUALLY sexy on men or not?

It depends. Legs have to be long, and the arse has to be ‘just right’ (full body picture of Heero with a headset). If the guy wears leather pants with a leather jacket and leather boots it becomes funny, but if the guy himself is hot enough to pull it off then I’d focus on the hotness and screw everything else. 😸
